Welcome to Riitii! By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  • Platform: Refers to map.riitii.com and riitii.com.
  • User: Any individual who accesses and uses the platform.
  • Influencer: A user who has additional privileges to upload content.
  • Admin: The internal team responsible for managing content and user activities.
  • Content: Any information, text, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the platform.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.


  • Normal App Users: May navigate the portal and bookmark existing content.
  • Influencers: May upload short videos, which will be reviewed for aesthetic quality, accuracy and approved by Admin before being published. Influencers must ensure that their content complies with our content guidelines.
  • Influencers must ensure that all content uploaded is original, not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws.
  • The Admin reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
  • Notice-and-Takedown Process:
    • If a copyright holder believes their work has been infringed, they can send a notice to the platform requesting the removal of the infringing content.
    • The platform will promptly remove or disable access to the content upon receiving a proper takedown notice.
  • Counter-Notification Process:
    • If the user who posted the content believes it was wrongfully removed, they can send a counter-notice to the platform.
    • The platform will then notify the original complainant and may restore the content unless the complainant files a lawsuit within a specified period.
Intellectual Property:
  • Ownership: Users and Influencers retain ownership of the content they upload.
  • License Grant: By uploading content, users grant riitii.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the services.
  • Termination of License: This license will terminate when users remove their content or delete their account, except to the extent that the content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

The Admin reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the platform without notice if they violate these Terms of Use.


riitii.com will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or the inability to use the platform.


We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
